Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us — whether by registering, sharing concerns, or letting us know your reasons for hesitating or not attending the conference this year. Your responses have been very helpful, and this is exactly the kind of communication we were hoping for.
Because of the intense communication following our last newsletter, as well as the practical logistics of organising the conference, we have decided to update both the registration process and the early-bird deadline.
Many of you have expressed concerns about the global situation, particularly regarding costs and safety. We understand this completely. For this reason, our team has decided to adapt in two ways: we are extending the early-bird option, and we will make an earlier-than-usual decision on whether this year’s conference will take place, based on whether we reach the minimum number of participants.
