Federico started practicing Macrobiotics in 2009 in France, becoming a student of Réne Levy, a disciple of George Ohsawa. Later, he completed his studies in the Instituto Macrobiotico of Portugal of Francisco Varatojo.

Nowadays he is working in Spain in an international wellness clinic; he has been working as macrobiotic chef and taking charge and organizing the kitchen school of the clinic. His experience and studies gave him a full understanding of the plant-based macrobiotic diet, as the skills to help others to change to a healthier way of living.

Federico is commited in diffunding a conscious, plant-based and environmentally friendly life style, together with the macrobiotic principles.
