Recently I have travelled for three months to Malaysia and neighbouring Countries. I found an excellent base at the Malaysia Macrobiotics Centre in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, where Ka Lim June, macrobiotic diet and life style counselor, founded and manages the centre. You can find a restaurant, a shop, cooking classes and macrobiotic retreats all year round.
